| Completely true court room response as I was there. Local man was on trial for attempted murder for trying to kill his wife with a shotgun. Two things you must know is that the defendant was not very bright, low IQ and he was blind as a bat.
In the court room, the defendant was sitting on the left wall, the judge in the center and the jury on the right wall.
The testimony went as such.
Prosecuter: Sir , how is your vision?
Defendant, 20/200 with my glasses.
Pros standing in the center of the room: Can you see me?
Def, I can see you fine.
Pros, How about the jury, can you see them?
Def. (And I swear this was his response) Good enough to kill them if I wanted.
He got convicted.
