The Walmart here doesn't have a sign like that but from my in store experiences they need one. Lots of people walking around. Some wearing blue vests, some wearing yellow. Don't know what the difference is but none of them looked like they were doing anything. Line at the self checkout was halfway across the store. Three checkers working. Long lines at all three but lots of blue and yellow vests walking around doing nothing. I'm reasonably sure they don't care if they get fired since they can lay on the couch watching TV and still get a check.
