Use a smart TV connected to Wifi and connect laptop to same wifi. Open google chrome browser on laptop and got to content you wish to cast. When on website you wish to cast click the three dots in upper left of browser. On the drop down menu, click cast. If you have TV connected to wifi it will show up in list as available for casting. Click on that TV and content from laptop will be displayed on TV screen.
