I just figured mine to be 33% sold on 21 APH. I just cleaned out my last bin and have 300 bushel sitting in town waiting to be sold. I figure when I sell the last of 2020, I'll contract some more 2021.
To answer your question, I don't have a lot of bushels, but I like 1500 to 2500 bushel increments.
How much to sell?
