Surprises me you still have that nasty stuff.
Here it was removed in 1995, and has been illegal to sell, use and posses since then. We learned to do without it and most farmers today do not even know it existed.
Diquat is restricted and can only be used in very small amounts in a few specialty crops. It will soon be gone too.
