SWOH | I didn't try anything too spicy, I figured I wouldn't be able to tell when too much was too much and scorch my throat. And didn't think it'd be pleasant on the other end. But I could tell if something was salty, I couldn't really taste the salt but I could tell it was salty...if that makes any sense.
I hate black coffee. I drank a lot of black coffee for the 4 or 5 days I couldn't taste anything.
Edit to add: I still can't smell anything. It's been 3 months now and occasionally I'll get a whiff of something but basically still non existent. Taste has come back to normal for the most part.
