CENTRAL ILLINIOS | What happens at the end of the lease. Are they under any obligation to restore the land to a farmable condition or are you on your own to clean up what will be several semi loads of solar panels. Why wouldn't they just buy the land instead of leasing it from you. Looks like that would be cheaper.
Also wondering what the income tax consequences will be for the farmer. Lot of income coming in with no expenses. | |
