Always make sure the tractor is steering track on track first. Don’t mess with implement offsets until it is perfect. Is your GPS centered perfectly? Did you calibrate on flat ground?
Once tractor is good, implement draft can be accounted for in the implements offset. If you need to move left, put a right offset in half of the amount the guess row difference is. Vice versa to move right.
