Marengo, Iowa | We have a Terex Genie 5519 that is a older one and it is a nightmare to work on. I will say it is handy to use in place of a skid steer when you chain up to something to lift and not have to clime over the bucket or under it and object to do the task. . Our 5519 needs a new fan belt (it squeals when hydraulic oil is stiff) and I have not figured out how to change it without completely unhooking hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump. When you look at the cluster of hydraulic lines, and one of them springs a leak, you just as well call the industrial repair shop that specializes in repairing them. I will say that I have abused it . The electric throttle and controls can also cause you heartburn. | |
