nebfarmer - So much for the lifetime warranty stamped into the handle.
At which point you look the manager in the eye and ask what they are offering to replace it with. When he stutters ask who you can call at NAPA for an answer?
Anyone else remember a story several years ago where a guy had a manure spreader that painted on it was lifetime guarantee? He got parts replaced on his 50+ year old spreader
