The rules were changed a few weeks ago to where managed money was allowed to buy/hold nearly 2x the current level they were allowed. I dont know the correct terminoligy, but that is the nuts and bolts of it. Even though they are historically long now.......they can get much longer from this point. Gonna be interesting to watch
