southern nebraska | Funny, or not so funny. My 90s maytag just like your Pic just yesterday sprung a leak. Seal leaking under tub. Probably could have been fixed but went the new route. I bought a speed queen dryer about 3 years ago and told the guy I'll get it's match when my washer died. Called the guy and he laughed, be lucky to even get on a list to get a new one and no idea how long it will take to get one. Settled with another maytag with 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and he promised me that it won't last 6 years. He also said that the speed queen won't last either. | |
