No kidding. We farm some ground in Iowa that isn't even close to what most people think of when they talk about "Iowa farmland".
Just the fact that his ground is pattern tiled tells me it has 2x the production potential of the ground I'd want to trade him. It doesn't need artificial drainage, it needs artificial rain.
