Yes, there is one clutch for each row but they are shut off in sections on three. I know how you feel, it is very expensive.  But after watching it shut the planter off you can see it's really not hard to spend that much money for the amount of seed you will save.

We only use the markers for the ends, the rest of the field is done without markers, we are running on WAAS and it does just fine.
