| Everybody needs more storage. I don't know any farmer that doesn't have at least a few things that have to sit outside sometimes. If you're doing fine 85% of the time you answered your own question.
All of the free govt money should be spent within a few years and things should start getting back to normal for building supplies. It's in a toilet paper mode right now, of course it is temporary. Wood literally grows on trees.
If you really need one do it but as you say you can get by without so I'd wait.
The trend has retail real estate going down, office real estate going down. Home improvement projects are way up but that should be short lived. | |
