Models I've seen suggest a more active weather pattern into late April - Mid May for ND and E MT. Yes, it will get planted. Personally, my best crops come from a dry spring and timely rains. We shall see. Get much West of Jamestown and the soil struggles holding moisture. We are right on that transition.
