I have a guess who will buy it -- same entity that bought a whole contiguous section of land in that area.
That farm site situation is odd only in that it is in the middle of the section instead of a quarter like some are. I own a farmstead in the middle of a quarter, someone else owns the land around me. I have a 1/4 mile driveway that is an easement on their land.
