You must be selling it at wholesale value if the dealership is contacting you. If that is true, you still have time to reconsider. If happy with price a business check, bank reference, bill of sale on your part, and send title to them when check clears should suffice. And yes, call them and speak to owner/sales manager. Treat it like any sale to someone off the street.
