Changes in bowl design due to emissions technology. Ideally the engine would use all of the same type, however it's not a deal breaker. One cylinder will simply burn a little cleaner than the others. I would run it without hesitation.

If you were to measure the volume of each bowl with a burette, they should be the same. The volume is what's critical, not so much the shape.
