This will get the crowd going......

My close ups in the bred pen, bale of stalks, bale of cheap CRP hay in two ring feeders and a Purina 30-13 lick tub for protein. Been monitoring consumption like a hawk. Tub is costing me 24 cents per cow per day, and their stools are puddling just fine.

Pairs get stalks in ring feeders and 10# of 4th cut alfalfa through the processor dropped in a windrow on the ground. Yeah, that 10# of alfalfa is costing 70 cents per cow per day, but it’s need for milk production.
so what do the tubs cost? Looks simple enough. Thanks
