SEMN | Went last year to the hills with a group. Stayed at terry peak. We used sxs everywhere. Trail passes were sold out everywhere we went. Gave us a paper saying we bought pass but never ran into law enforcement. Took trails(s) down to Custer. Got Custer pass took sxs through Custer. Took highway back. Cruised through spearfish abd deadwood no issue. Ended up in Wyoming didn’t have a pass but we crossed over and ended up seeing some elk. Should of had a pass but wasn’t aware we would end up there. I would of paid fine bc I was in the wrong? Drove where we were supposed to on trails. Went to the highest peak where there a fire watch out. Fun trip. Wouldn’t mind Yellowstone. Take radios to communicate and have a trail app on phone. Missed a turn, stopped and waited for group to come back to me didn’t have radio made my stomach not feel too good. | |
