I've been having technical issues purchasing my rangepoint subscription from the Trimble store website. The picture below best describes what is happening. I complete the information on the screen, and before I can click on “checkout”, the circle in the middle of the screen rotates for at least an hour before it times out, or before I get tired of waiting for it to work. I’ve tried this process on multiple devices and on different internet networks. Has anyone else been having trouble with this? I already sent an email to Trimble, but have not heard back from them yet. Thanks for any input.
