Really you can not understand why someone is against killing an innocent, but is for killing the guilty? Seems easy to understand to me. Personally I am against the death penalty as I think there are better ways to punish criminals that receive such a sentence such as solitary confinement. Why let them off the hook by killing them find ways to make the rest of their lives as miserable as possible.
