Big Sky Country | Either pay by the aum---- and they provide care and fencing, sometimes salt---
Or lease the place, do everything, but they bought material for new fence---
Are two ways I've done it--- but seems on the aum deal I end up paying a premium and doing the work.....20, 28.50, 40 per aum on current deals.
The lease deal--- very very good guy--- after 40 plus yrs, told me " figure out how you're paying for it, give you 6 mos or yr to come up with it--- but it's going on paper now." | |
