SW KS | It appears to me that people are getting information from the wrong source and considering it law. Here it is not the law for a farmer to have a CDL with hazmat in order to pull NH3 tanks. However, it is the corporate policy of our NH3 provider that their workers have a CDL and hazmat in order to pull NH3 tanks.
I believe that people are mistaking Corporate policy for state law.
So I can go into their yard, hook up to tank and leave without CDL. But, if I worked for them I would need a CDL.
