Hillsboro, TN | In a thread a few days ago we were discussing corned beef and cabbage. That's what we had for supper tonight, on St. Patty's Day.
The usually present cornbread is missing from this meal. My wife is the cornbread cooker. She is currently recouping from surgery and didn't feel up to making it. She gets a pass this time ;)
