| In addition to the BP cuff, I bought an Apple watch.
It measures Blood O2 level, heart rate, has an EKG function, and a few other health related items.
The nice thing about this is it measures, and records all of this automatically while I'm working. (Except for the EKG, that's not automatic)
Otherwise healthy, my heart went into A-flutter (not a Fib) while I was working out a year ago. I had a successful cardio-version and cardiac ablation that totally fixed the issue. The apple watch monitors my heart rate for any signs of an arrhythmia and will warn me if it happens.
Also, should I fall or have some type of trauma, it will alert me. If I don't respond, it calls 911 with my location.
