Alberta | WE pay per AUM or AUD. Good for for the landlord because his pasture isn't overgrazed and fair for the renter because he don't have to overgraze to pay for overpriced rent. Every pasture has a different stocking rate depending on soil and grass type. We pay $1.00 per day per pair, we look after regular fence maintenance, some around here pay 1.25/day and landlord looks after fence.
