ECIL | Owned a 2208 for six years. The snoots wore thin after two years and needed fixed with a stainless steel kit. It butt shelled some, but just required typical maintenance, chains and knives. I owned a 3412 for three years and hated every minute ,delicate snoots, butt shelled worse, plugged row units, inability to handle fluff, inability to run in damp conditions. It was a good day when I traded it off. | |
