Looks good. Does that sucker rod interfere much with filling them? We’ve got a bunch with the single pipe and a few with the double pipe I like the single pipe if your trying to fill bunks full. Double pipe is better for smaller animals nobody gets in the those troughs



It doesn’t interfere much as our feed wagon discharge lines up between the top pipe and sucker rod. If you’re really off on lining up then it can cause some feed to be deflected out of the bunk but the tmr wagon has a adjustable height conveyor and the forage box will vary the discharge height based on pto rpm.

Actually these are used mostly for feeding grain while cleaning the stalks up from corn grazing.
We bought a few bigger boxes with a single pipe and they are easier to fill but we have trouble with calves starting to push and then they end up in the box. Hasn’t caused an issue but I’m always leery of it. They work better for the cows. Don’t think I have any pics of those.
