Nebraska | I’m not afraid to try something different once in awhile as change is ok. Best thing about breeding cattle is if you don’t like what comes out you can rid yourself of them in a hurry. I get he’s not everyone’s cup of tea but here is my 1/4 New Zealand blood grass bull. He’s got plenty of growing to do still but man does he have a set of balls on him! Not gonna get very tall either but has a lot of length to make up for it.
My cow herds longevity and fertility sure ain’t what is used to be and I blame that on these new performance genetics. His Pedigree comes from a lineup of cows that lasted in their late teens. Buds gentler than a kitten and likes his rear scratched. To be continued..
