We have a couple of iTC receivers. One has 3.73H firmware and all of the interface screens on the 2600 display work normally. The other one has 3.60D (read from the desktop iTCconfig program). The desktop iTCconfig only has up to 3.60D available with it.
The 2600 diag screens show all of the gps and itc data is fine. However it only knows it is a Deere receiver. The 2600 cannot display the model/serial number or firmware revision present and so the GPS tab is completely removed.
The 2600 display has the last software installed. According to the document on Deere's web site the display software should contain 3.73H for iTC receivers. But because it does not know it is an iTC it cannot be forced to do that update.

Question: has anyone found a similar issue? If so was there a work around to update the iTC? Or is there anyone with a hex file of 3.73H that could be loaded using the desktop iTCconfig program?
