| I have had 3 different Valmar/Salford Spreaders, First a 7600 model (bought new in 2012) was an 8 ton 60' boom model, Upgraded in 2016 to 8611 66' boom 11 ton capacity and then upgraded again to a 8711 model 2 years ago, this one has 72' booms complete hyd fold and also boom suspension, works awesome, your saving will never come from doing it yourself the saving will come when you get every pound of product to buy, been doing this for 10 years now and still never get it to come out as exact as the coop must be doing something wrong ;) and that it gets done when you want it done, not the day when there was a 50 mph cross wind the the coop was out there with a spin spreader!!!
