What I read you have to have the first loan forgiven or "feel" it will be(pretty simple) and you have to have spent all the funds from the first draw on approved items. I see nothing else showing other restrictions. As of last weekend there was still 199 billion left so it appears there is a reasonable chance the March 31 deadline is extended. Applications must be in by 3-15.
