fsa office tried to explain...brought mcpi into the calc, using mcpi price..
I then tried to point out....it's the low tw corn in the bin , heavily discounted that program should target...not the portion between aph and grain in bin that mcpi paid on ....mcpi loss
The price I was offered at elevator for low tw was a hell of a lot less than mcpi...
