checking my south quarter yesterday and noticed someone had cleaned out there septic tank and dumped it in my road ditch!!!! i was so mad i thought i should call the sheriff but then thougt better of it. figured he would call the epa. who would be responsable for clean up? would love to find out who did it and rub his face in it. end of rant. ace
