western manitoba | My 450 occasionally does the exact same thing. It needs to be disconnected and reconnected with your phone.
Mine is an iPhone....
Go into bluetooth settings on your iphone,
-on the line that has your headset name press the little blue i with a circle around it
-then press "forget device" for your headset.
-Turn off your headset, then turn it back on but keep holding in the power button in until the headset says "halo" and the light on the headset starts flashing blue/red.
-The headset should reappear on your iPhone bluetooth screen under "other devices" so press that line and your headset should now be "re-paired". haha
