Per the old ISO spec, pin 1 was assigned to ECU Power and pin 2 was ECU ground. These had the same descriptions as pins 4 and 2 of the main 9-pin IBBC connector, respectively. The description states that ECU Power is intended to provide a good source of clean positive battery power for ECUs mounted on implements, however, I've seen some manufacturers tie this to tractor ignition or "switched" power (IE older GreenStar universal harnessing).

In newer specs, this connector is no longer shown. I assume it was removed due to redundancy.
