What is this 85.00 you are talking about?

Is that merely the penalty for not paying in quarterly..........ie "penalty for underpayment of estimated taxes"?

It sounds as if you are saying that by paying a flat 85.00 that the IRS is granting you an extension to file and pay............and if they are doing that, please indicate where I can go to read about it.
