I agree. Whats a good operator worth?
Edit to add- I know good operator is a loaded question. But I've been running this machine for 8yrs, do all the uptime service and repairs, handle all the GPS and monitor calibrations, fueling and greasing and blowing off.
If I was totally happy with job you're doing, I'd give you 25 percent of gross. |
