Masticator head is the way to do that. See if there is someone in your area with one and what they charge to do it.
It is hard on a machine, and dont even think about running one without the proper guarding, easy way to kill yourself when a chunk of wood comes through the door and hits you in the head.
The head is around $30-50k, and the guarding for my machine was around $5-10k depending on how much I wanted. For what I needed done it was signficantly cheaper to hire it out.
This is the head that the guy I use has, its pretty impressive to watch.
