After reading the post below about % crop sold looks like I have a lot of company with zero sold. Just checked elevator price where I sell and Fall beans are $12.50, Corn is 4.69. I'm sitting here wondering why I haven't sold any at those prices. Can anyone talk me out of selling some today?
8% of corn APH $4.7845 Dec HTA. Price is 20 cent over Feb average price. Will have another 8% sold if Dec is @ or above that level @ end of AUG
15% of bean APH. $12.3166 Nov HTA. Price is 45 cents over Feb- average price. will have another 15% sold if Nov is @ or above that price @ end of Aug.
Have NGMO contract @ $1.80 over Mar. If can get the spreads to cooperate should have $14 plus beans
