How is the best way to find or contact the owner of a piece of ground you may be interested in building a home on. Piece in mind is managed by a ag management firm and will not even converse about the topic. I have found a mailing address to the name on the plat book. Would mailing them the best option, with the gamble you have the correct address? At that point what would you put into words in this letter feeling old school reaching out by mail!! Thanks for the knowledge!
Whether by mail or call, be polite, frank, and brief. Introduce yourself with some detail they might relate to, tell them what you want and why, ask if they’d consider it. Hope for a favorable reply but be prepared for whatever the reply may be.
