If thg is a universal hytran fluid like JD HYGARD, that’s what I do. Case 1845C etc here. It calls for 10W30 motor oil plus an additive. That didn’t last long, just too many things to keep up with that are more important.

It doesn’t get as cold here as lots of places, so the multiweight oil might be an advantage but the hydraulic oils you mention are both single weight oils. They probably recommend the lighter one in colder temps.
