SW Ohio | I hear you. I could be dead wrong. If monopoly playing I would buy 12k ground that produces 240 and sell for 4...i can make that work. But 240 corn and 4 has been hard to get both the ladt 6 years. Inflation takes hold, wish we bought everything offered to us from 2500 in 04 to 8000 in 14 to 10000 in 19 to 12 in 21. If you lose on that bet, you lose the game. Real life become filthy rich or dead poor. I'm ok out in here in the between those extremes.
If I had cash, id buy it. Not borrowing it.
