I may have phrased that wrong.
More simply. 75% RP and 10% buy up. Costs 3.5 more than 85% YP.
Why 85% RP more than buy up scenerio? Or are you buying up the spring price?
10 % Rev Boost works like RP HPE except has 50 cent bu downside price protection. I am buying 80% RP + 10% Rev Boost . Cost is about same as 85% RP. Can buy Rev Boost from 5 to 10% level above RP coverage level.
