Cen Ks | After watching the recent runup in the bean prices, I got to wondering how many beans were still out "there" in open storage. A local merchandiser that works for TMA (grain conglomerate) says they currently own 90% of last years crop. He said that's higher than normal but didn't tell me what normal is. Is that % typical for this time of year ? For you guys in the mid west, how much of last years corn and beans are still in the bin with no contract?? | |
