Business owner in next city over has decided farmland looks like a good investment. Been good for the sellers. Maybe obiden policies will temper his enthusiasm.
IDK if Biden policies will have an effect as the 'investment' guys here ,be they farmers,business ones only flip those properties when they see something better so capital gains never really affect them |
