1. My cows will eat tubs if short on protein in the rest of their diet. Consumption plummets when I feed high quality hay and picks up on poorer hay.
2. Our cold was low enough to make liking a tub a chore with little ending on the tongue.
3. Where your cows used to tubs? Did you offer them in high traffic area? I used tubs last year to pull cows to an ungrazed area. Consumption was SLOW. | |
