That was my first thought when I read this post. Our local DMV is even worse. I've waited more than 3 hours. 4 or 5 people behind the counter. As many as 60 people in line, take a number. It takes them 15 minutes to renew 1 licence plate! They spend more time talking about what they watched on TV last night, or what they read on spacebook, than doing their job.
